Have Your Say
Hull LINk wants to hear about your experiences of health and social care services and your ideas for improvements and changes. By sharing your ideas and experiences you can help ensure we have a true representation of the issues affecting people in Hull.
We are currently asking people to have their say on the following issues:
Your Experiences of Local Services
This survey is for anyone who would like to share their own experiences of local services or report the experiences of a friend or relative.
Your views on Extra Care Housing
This survey is suitable for everyone as it is potentially something we could all benefit from later in life. Even if Extra Care Housing is not something you would consider for yourself, your views based on what you would like to see available for a friend or relative are just as important. This is also a real opportunity for you to have a say right from the beginning.
Hospital Transport
These surveys are to gather people’s experiences of getting to Hull Royal Infirmary or Castle Hill Hospital. The surveys looks at general access, modes of transport available and also car parking facilities.
Hospital Transport Patient Survey – This is for patients to tell us about your own views or experiences or those of a friend / relative you have accompanied to an appointment.
Hospital Transport Health Worker Survey – This is for people who work in the heath and social care sector. You could tell us about the difficulties faced by your clients / service users in their experiences with hospital transport.
The deadline for ‘having your say’ on transport issues is Friday 7th May 2010.
If you would like to receive a printed copy of any of these surveys or require them in a different format, please contact us.
This page is regularly updated with different surveys and new opportunities for you to have your say.
If there is a particular issue you would like to speak to us direct about please contact us.
