Healthcare Commission – State of Healthcare 2008

This is the fifth and final report to Parliament on the state of healthcare in England and Wales from the Healthcare Commission. From April 2009, the new Care Quality Commission will replace the Healthcare Commission, the Commission for Social Care Inspection and the Mental Health Act Commission, joining up the regulation of health and adult social care in England.
