Personalisation Update Event
This is the report from the update event that took place on 1st December 2009. The aim of this event was to update community groups and voluntary organisations on the progress to date in the personalisation agenda. The event also saw the official launch of the ‘Safeguarding and Personalisation’ report from the partnership event in June.
The Update event report acts as a record of the event and includes the presentations from the day in addition to the responses from the question and answer session.
