City Health Care Partnership Patient Survey Results
City Health Care Partnership, which provides many NHS services in Hull has published the results of its Annual Patient Experience Questionnaire for 2011-12. Over 800 service users took part in the consultation. The report gives details on service users’ views about a number of key aspects of services.
