Dementia Care
Issue: Poor care in residential homes. Lack of knowledge of how to care for people with dementia – not well understood by professionals or the wider community.

Progress so far:
A voluntary and community sector event took place in November 2009 to map services and identify the need for service developments. The results of our research are now been published in a report and have been supported to the relevant authorities.
