Maternity Services

Over recent months a number of people shared with us their experiences of maternity services, however it was unclear from the information provided if there was a particular theme or area of concern. Therefore to see if these experiences were shared by other residents of the city, the LINk  conducted a survey to collect people’s wider views and experiences.

Work conducted: 

  • Relevant voluntary and community groups have being consulted with.
  • LINk now in attendance at Maternity Services Liaison Committee meetings.
  • A survey was conducted to collect peoples views. 

The findings have now being compiled into a report and submitted to NHS Hull and the Hull & East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The report was also presented to the Maternity Service Liaison Commitee in July.
